Interpet Blagdon Pond Air 1 Pump System

UTTER rubbish unit.... failed to pump all 4 air ports within 3 weeks running from new.Only pumping air from 2 of the 4 outlets.Checked the diaphragms inside perfectly fine..... nothing wrong with them what so ever...... it's the the electrical coil has failed which in turn does not oscillate the magnets utter rubbish.I had Amazon send me another 2nd chance if this fails I'll be returning this UTTER rubbish to refund and purchase a better one from different make.( this unit has also been kept dry 100% from new too )

This is a very good pump but not reliable, after 9 months it stared knocking after a kick it would stop. So a spring approach I thought I would have a look at it and found 2 of the 4 diaphragms were broken. That’s ok as I would buy new diaphragms but you can’t, you have to buy the full repair kit £16+. I emailed Blagdon about this problem and after 3 day I received a response, they apologised for this problem and could they have my home address and they would send the repair kit out to fix the problem. 2 days later the parts arrived and the pump is now fully working again. Delivery good and air pump itself works well but airstones sent with the unit have all failed . The " stone " balls have all come away from the plastic connector and has been lost at the bottom of the pond . It seems that the epoxy or glue they use to fix these is not up to the job . Contacted the supplier and to be fair they responded quickly and sent me one replacement but as all four failed I have ordered more from another outlet and they are working well now .

This Oxygenator is a godsend until the maintenance guy can get here both my pump and filter have stopped working it is giving out a nice supply of air bubbles and my 39 year old koi is appreciating it. Just one thing there was no plug and I had to search the house for one. Otherwise easy to get going first class delivery too.

got it delivered ..really needed to aerate pond and could not use it... no plug how stupid.....why no plug...might change my stars when i buy a plug so miffed i have changed stars from 1 to 4 works great but still miffed no fitted plug
