My rolfer recommended these. They get right into the small areas that I haven’t been able to get with other products. Steep for the price, but I’ve been in pain for over 5 years. I’m willing to try anything at this point!

Update: I reached out to MELT Method via their website to ask about purchasing a couple of replacement soft balls and it turns out they guarantee them for one year so they sent me two replacements at no charge. I’m still disappointed the soft balls only lasted a few months but at least they stood behind their product. Updated the rating to five stars. The program has really been great for me. Original review Five stars for the MELT program for hands and feet. It has been great for my plantar fasciitis and arthritic toes but I am extremely disappointed that BOTH of the large soft balls I purchased on 3/4/25 have gone flat and are useless. I have used them 3-5 times weekly for about 2 months. To make it worse, it appears they are not sold separately so I can’t replace just the large soft ball. I would have to pay another $50 for the whole set. Seems once you buy the set they should be willing to let you buy replacement balls and/or use higher quality materials so the balls don’t degrade so quickly.

This set of foot exercise balls fit in precisely with the program that I am following. I can feel the difference physically already.

I like this product. I can give myself a foot massage anywhere. I like the soft ball the best. I would like to have 4 large soft balls instead of the 2 firm balls. The firm ones feel like bouncy balls that I can get from a quarter machine and they hurt to put weight on, as there’s no give. The soft ones are special. You can put your weight on them and they feel like they’re pushing in pressure points and actually massaging. -Update 4/2024- After a month I don't use the soft balls much at all anymore. Now I like the firm balls, now they aren't painful to use. They feel good to use. I am ok with having 2 soft ones and 2 firm ones now. I thought that the firm ones were like quarter machine balls but they're not. They have a texture on them that is not sticky. These do not stick to my socks with I wear them and melt. I don't know if I'm suppose to but I do.
