Top is part of one dress ~ one piece

No sequins & top is not silky. Closer to a cotton blend top.

Q: I ordered this dress, and it does not have the iridescent look to it like the picture of the dress on the hanger. Why?

Not sure what you mean by iridescent, the material is polyester, as pictured and delivered.

Q: What accessories come with the Medium + Accessories option for $42.77?

I just got 2 ribbons for ponies. But I think price was around 30 dollars
