I found out about this simple tool on my favorite cooking YouTube lady from Japan. She always uses good cute kitchen tools and I trust her choices so I had to get it. It’s fast to mix eggs evenly!

Hi, I'm using my husband's Amazon account to sing the praises of this egg whisk. Not only is it perfect for beating an egg together with milk, it's also how I prefer to whip up Russian dressing for a Reuben sandwich (the spatula end is perfect for grabbing a dab of mayo, a small pile of relish, or a little spoonful of sauerkraut). Initially I was keeping this little guy in a drawer, but he quickly moved into the main utensil holder on my kitchen counter. And because there are way fewer tines than a mini whisk, there's barely any cleanup.

The best egg scrambler, makes the smoothest mixture ever, compared to a fork or a whisk. My only complaint is that the eggshell remover is not that good and is rough on the hand if you hold it that way when whipping the egg. I have started to use a different grip to avoid the eggshell end. The cooked egg is very superior as to creaminess and texture and taste.
