I have always wanted a wisteria, and every year I snip a bit off of a wild one and make a feeble attempt at propogating it. Every year I fail and have no wisteria. This year I decided to actually buy one ;) I expected a stick but this one has very healthy green leaves on it, and is a great starter size! It's in the photo in the very-well taped and secured black plastic pot. It suffered not at all during the trip and I cannot wait to plant it!Update: planted it, it is just thriving. Super perky, nice and green, can see new leaves. I need another one!

Healthy but Small
Vines look healthy but very small. Planted right away so hopefully they will start growing soon!

Has tripled in size in 6 weeks!
Love this wisteria, it has tripled in size in 6 weeks! It arrived as a small stick about 7 inches tall maybe? can't wait till it grows up over the pergola. i spray it with deer out to keep the deer from eating the new growth, as deer eat everything here. (deer out is a mixture of garlic and peppermint, and it works to keep the deer off our roses and other plants) This wisteria is also the type, i think, that isn't so invasive, which is good, to keep it from buckling our retaining walls and such. It's low maintenance, i never have to water it, and haven't fertilized it at all yet.August 20, this vine has now reached the top of our pergola. Super happy with it!

Received a dead stick
What I received was a small stick, stick looks dead, no buds, leaves, no instructions! I planted it and watered it. Still looks like a dead stick. Very disappointed to pay that much money for this. Can I get a refund or maybe a decent plant? I had to pick a star or would not let me submit.

Hardy plant
This plant was well packed for travel. The root system was well developed. It started growing double in size within a week of arriving. I followed all of the nursery instructions that were mailed along with the wisteria. I am very pleased. I should have a very productive bush within a year.

So far looks good
Plant was delivered as expected. Packaging was good and plant was fresh and looked alive. I've had it in the ground for a few weeks and it got lots of little leaves coming out. It looks healthy. We are dry and hot here so I give it water every day as the directions indicated to keep it moist but not soaked. So far I'm very happy with this little plant. I will update in time.

It looks alive!
I’m not sure if I can give it a 5 yet. It’s very small; but I’m hoping it grows big enough to hit the real dirt before fall..
