Buy Dare to Sketch: A Guide to Drawing on the Go by Scheinberger, Felix online on desertcart.ae at best prices. ✓ Fast and free shipping ✓ free returns ✓ cash on delivery available on eligible purchase. Review: I love Felix Scheinberger's work and have his other book, "Urban Watercolor Sketching." I've enjoyed both books equally, not only for the fantastic drawings and inspiration, but also for the many tips on techniques, materials, and — in this case — stuff such as how to handle sticky situations when sketching publicly. There isn't a ton of text, so I was able to read it in one sitting, but the text it has is very much to the point, and I didn't feel I needed additional information. I would recommend this book to anyone thinking of making urban sketching and/or travel sketching a major part of their art practice, as well as anyone looking for a bit of visual inspiration from someone with a very loose and appealing style. Review: I love this book and his method. Tips like starting in the middle, it doesn't have to be perfect, etc.

This is a sturdy book, with a very nice feeling to it. Beside that, I can't stress enough how inspiring this book is for me. Short chapters with lots of illustrations, each chapter striking a defined point, resulting in a stimulating reading that is giving me many ideas to think about and to develope. For some reasons I'm getting more from this book than from others that seem more technical, but end up just being boring. I think this is a successful mixing of written ideas and spot-on illustrations. Five stars.

I don't recall ever ordering or reading this book but I'm sure it's as good as the other ones. My advice is forget these books and join some drawing classes. Someone said you need 75,000 hours to be good at something. That applies to drawing also.
