I am currently using the Gu roctane gels for training for the London 2019 marathon. Great tasting and assist with energy levels during my long runs! They are expensive but you do get what you pay for. I take as recommended by Gu 1 gel 5 mins before training and every 45 mins during and wash down with water. Would definitely recommend these gels for endurance training 🏃🏻♂️

I enjoy using this product when running. the Tutti Frutti sounds strange but taste great and seems to wash clean with very little water.
