The company chose to reach out to me a short time after writing the initial review to offer an apology for the poor performance of the set I initially received. To be honest, I didn't take the time to reply and just ignored them. Maybe every 6 weeks or so after they would try to touch base with me to see if there was anything they could do to not only make it up to me but also get more detailed info into my experience with that set. After ignoring them initially I became impressed by the fact they consistently wanted me to be happy as a customer which you don't see much these days. Instead of viewing there messages as a way to remove bad feedback, I quickly realized they were being genuine and actually cared. So after maybe 7 or 8 months I did talk to them. Overall I explained how I felt disappointed as I never got to use the candle to it's entirety and felt QC should be much better for this price. The candles are awesome with the sayings on them, but that didn't mean anything if they couldn't burn. After a little confusion over thinking I sent my address and realizing I left it in the draft folder the replacements were in. MY INITIAL REVIEW AND EXPERIENCE WAS ONE OF A BAD BATCH AND BAD LUCK. The seller mentioned each of these candles was poured and made by hand. I can say I agree. I had ZERO issues with the wicks on these but the smell of the candles was pretty much perfect and not super light as last time. These candles came from an amazon warehouse so I didn't receive a special set, just a regular set everyone else would receive. My take away is:Product:Extremely long burn time and the smell never weakens over the full day+ of burning. Use the lid as a coaster so the bottom of the candle doesn't burn the table as it burns entirely down.Sayings on the candles: There wasn't one I didn't like and found them all inspiring.Customer service and company: 10/10 A+They spent almost a year trying to make me a happy customer. They stand behind their product and proved to me I had a bad batch. Not a single time did they ever ask me to change my review and that impressed me. I spent the last few months burning the candle replacements and can say they are actually great products and burned every last bit of the candles with no waste.I would recommend this for anyone needing gift ideas, anyone with a smelly guys house, anyone wanting a trendy candle to burn or not to burn and anyone who appreciates a company that stands behind their products.=============================================================================Old Review:Like the candles, love the positive sayings that they come with and I really like the box they came in. However, I noticed in each one of these candles that the wick will literally fall into itself if you can follow me. after bringing the candle about halfway through you'll notice that the wake is suddenly at the bottom of the hard wax because there was nothing there to actually hold it in place as the wax got liquid all the way to the bottle and it literally falls over on itself making the rest of the candle unusable. I happen to have some popsicle sticks from popsicles I just eaten and what I did was I took a razor blade and shaved them in half and then use that almost like Warwick candles come with. That managed to get the job done however I just don't think you should have to put that much effort into burning a candle and only did so because of the cost of the candles and I wasn't done burning them at 50%. So much potential however there seems to be a problem at the factory.

These Inspirational candles were truly a gem and they were given as part of the groomsmen gift. The quotes were really nice, the smell was amazing the lids were loose and some of the candle labeling was coming off, it was easy to re-fix the labels in a snap. I will buy these candles again those were minor issues.

My mom liked it for her gift and wouldn’t stop using it. It was a little long for shipping but arrived just on time.

This is too early for me to give you a real report. The gift was for my son age 32 and he has yet to light any of the candles. He liked the smell of them and he loved the spiritual quotes on each candle lid. I didn't get a strong enough aroma from each candle but I wasn't displeased either. Just could have been a bit stronger on the scent. I also loved the spiritual quotes on the candle lids. Great gift and will buy again.

I gifted these to my man who had this huge bulky glass candle in the center of his small dining room table. It was always in the way and with these, the scent is plentiful and they don't take much space at all. Plus now he has plenty of scents to chose from. He enjoys them and the positive messages.

It’s a cute gift idea and the appearance is great! However, most of the candles didn’t have such a pleasant smell according to my fiancé.

These where very nice and the packaging is very nice. I like the inspirational quotes on the tins. The scents are very manly well worth the buy.
