I've had my eyes on these for a while and when they went down in price for Prime Day, I couldn't pass it up. I was NOT disappointed. These sound absolutely amazing.They are so incredibly comfortable. Following directions, these were super easy to set up as well as fit to my ear. They walk you through step by step and even offer to send another set of tips, for free, if something goes wrong. It's a step-by-step process on one's mobile device (smartphone, iPod touch, tablet, etc) and as easy as can be. I'm thinking a mixture of these issues is why people keep complaining, but I'm not entirely certain.While there is no Active Noise Canceling, there is brilliant Passive Noise Canceling as long as one properly fits the tips to their ears. Now, granted, I haven't tried these in an overly noisy environment (like a train station, etc), but I have used them while in an incredibly noisy waiting room during a doctor's office visit, while there were multiple loudish sounds that otherwise would have increased my anxiety (which are no good for my sensory processing disorder or PTSD), these worked perfectly. It was also interesting to speak to others about them when asked what exactly they were. You're welcome for the free marketing, Logitech.I've seen a lot of people slamming these, but I can only chalk it up to user error on their part. If directions are followed, in connection with a fantastic app, it's impossible for you to feel disappointed when purchasing these. I'm going to try updating this every few months or so, or if anything were to go wrong, as well as use them for different things to get the most out of them.ETA: I bought a second pair. Limited edition electric pink ones from the manufacturer's website. Still among my favorites.

Love my pair. The fit on the first set of tips that came with them was mostly good, but a little too tight, resulting in my ears hurting after long wear. Did the fit evaluation in the app, and they sent me a smaller set of tips for free. I wish they included the different sizes at purchase considering the price. That said, with the second set of tips, I am absolutely thrilled with the sound, comfort, and ease of use.They really stay put, unlike the cheaper buds I have owned.The battery life is good, but not the best I have experienced. The earbuds last 4-6 hours of mostly continuous use, though as I typically use one at a time, I can usually go all day on one full charge. The case holds a couple of charges worth, not as much as some I've owned.The app is great. It allows the controls to be tailored to what I like, set the sound balance, and shows how much charge the case has which is nice.Overall, definitely worth it if you can snag them on a decent sale.At full price, probably not my first choice.

So I tried this for 3 months now and here’s my review.Sound: absolutely blown away, the app’s equalizer and fit of these ear buds are out of this world. The noise isolation is good enough for sub or transit travel.Fit: The best I have ever tried, I have sony xm3’s with memory foam and those do not compare to these. Literally the fit alone will make you but this.Ear fatigue: In my opinion, virtually non existent. I could listen for 5 hours straight with out any fatigue.Battery: border line okay vs bad. Here’s what brings down the UE fits for me. The amount of times I have charged the pod in 24 hours, just to last me 12 hours is averaged about twice to three times.The bugs make it so ITS ALWAYS ON. SERIOUSLY ITS ALWAYS ON. Even if it is cracked open and the ear buds are in their proper positions to charge, THEY CONNECT. It’s seriously the most annoying thing. Not only that some times it disconnects FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON . Fix that, this is a 5 star review.Update: month 6 I changed my initial 3 month review to 1starNo attempt to fix the connection issue has been made.1. Connection on mono headset mode still drains the battery of the other ear bud.2. Connection disconnects AT RANDOM INTERVALS THAT ITS HAD BECOME UNUSEABLE.3. The custom mold tips started to detoriate at month six4. Battery life has become seems to decrease overtime. It used to be 8 hours consistently, but currently I’ve been only getting 4-5 hours on a good day.5. Battery on the case has also deteriorated. I can only get 2 consistent charges until the case shuts down, and drains the battery of the buds.6. THE BUGS: The bugs are insufferable, as these buds connect when the case are closed and the buds are situated in their charge positions. These ruin music listening for my headset and calls randomly get cut off because it connects to the buds while charging.Verdict: As of right now, I Do not recommend this product. It’s such a shame that these started as awesome product. But the quality control was just not there and it’s longevity is practically non existent. I went back to xm3’s which had been going on 2 years strong now.
