I'm a big man. 6'5' 243# I wear Amazon's 3-Pack Men's Super Absorbency Washable Reusable Bladder Control Briefs. I recommend these. but these get saturated at times. So we began looking for adult versions of what we used to put on our children: rubber pants. These vinyl pant work very well except sometimes they leak around the leg seal. They seal at the waist very well. I think they are too expensive, but they do the job. They do not absorb moisture, you take them off and they're almost dry.

The durability and it holds moisture keeps you dry. Sizing runs small so go up a size.

Comfortable.NOT for overnight use.NOT for heavy incontinence.Will be returning.

These pull up underwear/diaper covers are amazing! My loved one wears a diaper and a diaper insert and was still soaking the bed and his clothes each night. Now we use these leak protection pull up underpants over the diaper and he is no longer soaked and he is able to sleep in a dry bed and get a much better night of sleep, for him and for me! I highly recommend these. They are not the thick plastic pull up underwear from years ago. These are more like a light nylon material and they have elastic around the leg holes. I was worried they would not work because they felt too lightweight, but they really do work and our loved one says they are comfortable. They are worth every dollar spent on them! We have now purchased 7 pairs. If you or someone you take care of is incontinent, you will want to try these. I give them 5 Stars!!

I recently received the washable incontinent leak-protection pant. According to the measurements that were recommended, I could use either an extra small or small, which was what I normally wear. Thankfully, I ordered a size small. When I tried it on, the leg bands were very tight. Wearing it over my regular underwear and a pad during a walk, I was sweaty and had indentations around my legs. Not much noise came from the pant.The main reason I purchased the pant was to help prevent incontinence leakage. It was successful. I like the fact that it is waterproof, despite being uncomfortable. I will buy another one in medium size. Most underwear come in bikini, hipster, high-cut or brief styles. It would be nice to have these other options, too.So, all in all, I will continue to use the waterproof leak-protection underwear. It will protect clothing and bedding. In the long run, it will save money on excess laundry and disposable incontinence items.

I ordered a small since my mom is under 100 pounds and these things look huge but they are a nice quality and mom said are soft but I should have gotten her a xxsmall

I would have given these five stars the first two weeks - Ii have four. But when I washed them by hand in cold water using Woolite - they shrank noticaably. I did not expect shrinkage by the feel of the material but they did They are still wearaable but not as comfortable. I hate to think what will happen when I was them again!

It is very important to know what size will fit well, since that's the only way one could have good results. I would recommend this for daytime use only since the elastic may become uncomfortable after several hours of wearing, after all it has to fit snugly to prevent leakage.
