I really have a hard time falling asleep. I started taking 2 capsules about 30 minutes before bedtime and I feel more relaxed and my brain seems calmed when I lye down. Yet there is no sudden feeling of relaxation or a drop in function. But, I believe this is why my deep sleep numbers have risen from 17 minutes a night to nearly 1 ¹/² hours. I'm thrilled with the results I'm experiencing.

I've bought this several times now and each time, I go through the various Kava offerings to calculate price per milligram and this comes out on top. Some of the labels are misleading (to be generous) and use an extraction ratio (i.e. 1:4, 1:10, etc.) and the label will say something like "2,400 mg equivalent" but this is virtually meaningless. Always look at the part of the label that has the "Supplement facts" and divide the "amount per serving" by the "serving size" to determine what's in each capsule. That equivalency number is marketing hocus-pocus.

I'm not gonna sit here and lie 🤥 but for the price it's right maybe not all that great but I take 2 a day and I'm still able to unwind and relax and get a decent night sleep taking this. Maybe not the most potent but it def does work for me anyways! I have tried higher mg and I usually take 1 a day with these I take 2 and I'm good to go for the most part 〽️ can't complain.Not the best but it works for me! Ppl really need to either try it and move on if it don't work for em cuz we are all built differently! Find something that works for u, I wish I had more to say on this particular item but it's just okay 👌

The bottle has like 200 capsules so its well worth the value for money spent. My sleep quality didn't improve but my stress and anxiety feel almost non existent mixing this with ginkgo biloba.The capsules are fairly easy to swallow. I take 2 every day to every 3 days to regulate my mood and 3 if I find myself dealing with a stressful situation.Overall I wish I would have learned of kava kava root earlier. It's so effective that I use it with my kids and have a much calmer home life all around. 😊

I don't know what bots they have writing reviews, but as a human I'll tell you honestly, don't do it. If you are expecting this to be like Kava you've had before, that actually works and you can feel it, you will be quite disappointed. Absolutely nothing from this, even at higher doses, fairly certain it is just some inert white powder for filler. No smell or taste if you open one, nothing to indicate that this contains any kava whatsoever. Skip it, it sounds like a good deal, but it definitely isn't. Unless you want to overpay for some gelatin caps, or want to fool your friend or something, this is definitely NOT Kava, or it's at a level that is completely undetectable by humans. I rarely ever take kava, but others work when I try them, even the chill mints, but not this. Save your money.

I only take at bedtime, it gives me vivid dreams.

I have been taking benadryl for a few years to sleep, but I wanted to try something more natural and this fit the bill. It takes at least an hour, but maybe upwards of 2 hours, for them to kick in, but usually they do and I fall asleep. It's not 100% but neither is benadryl - sometimes I just cannot go to sleep even drugged. But the really odd thing about this is that when I take it, whether I go to sleep at 12 or 3am, I find that I wake up and get up at about 8am. And I don't see how that is possible but when I have forgotten to take it, I sleep until 9 or later. It's very strange but I think it most likely reflects the fact that with kava, I also sleep better, and therefore wake up earlier. So, while I find that almost all supplements are a waste of money, this one I will definitely buy again.
