used this to hold a padded leather panel onto the side of a bed that i made. the adhesive is sticking to the cloth backing very well and the magnet is holding it up. I thought it would be wider, but it’s not that big of a deal. Very easy to just cut and stick. You get a pretty decent size roll for just a few bucks. I plan to use the rest of the roll to make fridge magnets

This doesn't stick to anything. I mean the adhersion is so bad, I'm shocked it sticks to the earth.My goal was to make an urban sketching board with this, attaching magnetic strips to hold the metal paint pans and then strips to the board and to the sketchbook to attach them. That would make the entire kit substantially more portable, even for working while standing. For that purpose, this was an absolute failure.The tape peals up instantly. It's pealed up on the roll and no better applied to wood or cardboard. That alone I could have worked around. I could use bookbinding glue instead, and the brand I have would have held, no issue.The magnets don't stick to each other. They barely stick to metal pans, not enough to hold them, just enough to kind of hint that magnetism is in play here, kind of sort of. on a lark, I tried sticking them to the refrigerator. They just slid down. I tried the underside of metal easel, where I keep my hidden stash of disk magnets. The disk magnets have stayed there for years. This didn't last an entire second.I was able to get it to breifly hold a straight pin suspended in mid-air, but not for very long.Try something else, anything else. There is no option worse than this.

This tape is, in theory, exactly what I was missing to organize some tools on my 3d printer. One strip is perfect to hold small items, such as hex wrenches or small screws, while a pair can hold larger tools such as tweezers and scissors.The only issue is the adhesive tape, at least when applied to metal or wood. The tape held up fine for a few hours to a day, but then fell right off. I will need to find some alternative double-sided tape and/or glue to attach the magnets for long-term usage

I bought a few magnets for myself, my mom, and grandma’s house. I couldn’t decide, so as I had 3 different magnets in my cart. I saw one of them had a extended delivery date so as I backed out of my Amazon checkout screen and got a notice that this magnet’s price had gone down so I decided to buy two. I am so glad I did because even though this was the least expensive of the magnets I chose, it is by far the best quality. See photos. It is thicker, which is great because it’s not flimsy, but it’s also much easier to grasp when your taking it off the dishwasher. In case your magnet doesn’t stick to your appliance, it comes with a 3M adhesive magnet that you can attach it to your dishwasher and this magnet will stick to that. I didn’t need to use it because it works perfectly as is. I highly recommend this.

I love this! Only thing is the sticky part of it does not stick well. Also noticed the magnetization can become weak after a while.

I am not even kidding when I say I have been on the hunt for something exactly like this for well over a year now. I always struggled with knowing if the stuff inside the dishwasher was clean or dirty. The way my dishwasher is is once you open the door after it has finished washing the light goes off that tells you the diahes are clean. I was using a (ugly dry erase board and writing on it clean or dirty, see pics below) but this magnet does all that with no extra effort. I was impressed with the quality of the magnet also. It is pretty thick which is great since we will be using it often. It is 1 magnet that is printed on both sides so that you are never confused if the dishes are dirty or clean! They even include a sticky piece so if it doesnt stick to your dishwasher the sticky part will mount to it and problem solved. This is such a simple yet totally useful item I will make sure I keep it as long as I own a dishwasher! This magnet should come with every dishwasher sold!

I had high hopes for this magnetic tape, but the adhesive just doesn’t hold up. It sticks well at first, but after a short time, it starts peeling off surfaces. The magnet itself is decent, but without strong adhesive, it’s not very useful. I had to use extra glue to make it work, which defeats the purpose. Wouldn’t buy again.
