Comes incomplete, need much more parts to make it work. Bought Sloan instead- comes complete for the same price, install w/out problems. Kudos to Amazon in returning process

Incomplete package. I ordered two and they both came with only part of the parts necessary. I did find them cheaper locally.

advertised a urinal set complete with bowl and flush valve, but only shipped bowl. they advertised flush valve assembly complete with down tube and vacuum breaker, spud coupling, spud flange,sweat solder adaptor, cover tube, wall escutcheon, supply stop and installation instructions, but only the flush valve assembly came with the installation instructions. American standard must advertise what exactly they are selling for what price because i could have gotten the entire complete item for the same price they dont deserve a star.
