This is a great product for gumpaste or fondant, but a little short for cookie dough unless your cookies are pretty thin. They are very well made and look like the will hold up with frequent use. I used them for both gumpaste and cookies, but had to roll the cookies thinner that I usually do in order to use them. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.
