Some products sold here have a Euro plug and this adapts to my existing UK-to-NA power strip.I did feel though that the carriage was a bit expensive, I am not sure whether buying 10 for a shipment would have been more economical.

This adapter is very well built and sturdy. The adapter easily survives being thrown around in bags. The only downside for me - it's on the bulky side so sometimes it takes up 2 outlets. I ended up purchasing a couple for a recent trip to Canada and they worked flawlessly with various chargers and power adapters. Note to potential buyers - these don't convert voltage, so be sure the check the voltage range on your charger.

Sturdier than most and feels like it will last a decent length of time unlike some others I have had!

Quality up-to-date product with the third pin in it that all US wall plugs should have. Good secure fit. But I'll always carry one of my old 2 pin adapters just in case I encounter a 2 pin plug.
