Works great!
When I built my PC, I wanted both a WiFi/bluetooth card and a memory card reader. My motherboard (Gigabyte B450M DS3H) only had two USB 2.0 headers and one was connected to a front USB-A port. So I disconnected the front port to use the wifi card and mem card reader. Installing this splitter gave me back my front port!No instructions provided, but it seems safe to assume that someone who buys this knows how to install it.

Works flawlessly with Lian Li controllers!
I use this for the usb motherboard headers for my strimer cables and SL 120 fans. Works exactly as intended. As other reviews have also mentioned, do be weary that if you do have a Corsair AIO it will not work on this as that header only works if connected directly to the motherboard!!

exactly what i required
Installed this item in pc so as i could use Bluetooth and WiFi, and it works great, receiving download speed of 110mbps and upload of 35mbps, with this device you need to have a spare USB port on the Motherboard if you wish to use bluetooth, if not you can just use WiFi

This header can solved your problem if need more ports
My system running out of ports, by adding this additional header it solve my problem.
