Myo Inositol 1000mg with Folate & Chromium Supplements for Female Support Hormone Balancer | 120 Capsules

Firstly, don't be misleaded by the package because 1 capsule provides 500mg Inositol and 1000mg is for 2 capsules which is a daily recommendation by the manufacturer. Secondly, I have no diagnosed PCOS (only suspected) and I am not planning to get pregnant. I gained 20lbs during lockdown and my period cycle got longer (up to 35-40 days from being always on time 28 days).I researched the benefits of Myo Inositol. "Myo Inositol might help balancing your blood sugar levels". I always struggled with sugar cravings (especially when it comes to PMS and late night snacking) so I tought I will try it. I am on early days to say if this works for 100% but I had no cravings on the 2nd day (4th capsule) and I feel much more energised.FYI, I follow a calorie deficit and drinking 2+ liters water a day. I started taking B-complex from Solgar a month ago and decided to support with this brand Myo-inositol. The scale shows -2kg after a week starting Myo-inositol. (Solgar B-complex contains only 100mg Inositol) I hope it will help with PMS and to regulate my cycle. If I also lose a bit of weight then that's a bonus.I will continue taking 2 capsules a day - as I feel this is enough at this point - one with breakfast and 1 with the late afternoon food. I will update when I finish the pack.

These little tablets are a life saver. I often suffer with uncontrollable cravings, mood swings and fatigue.These little tablets, placebo or not have made a drastic improvement in my mood that even my partner has noticed!I’m not eating anywhere near as often as I did, I’m not snappy and I can actually get up first time in the mornings!! Will 100% be buying again!

After having no natural period for 8 years, I have been taking these since July and now have regular periods. I haven't fallen pregnant from taking them but regular cycles is a good start

UPDATE: If you have hormonal issues definitely buy this. Regulates cycles and curbed excessive cravings.I have hormonal issues and decided to purchase this to aid with weight loss and balancing hormones. It’s only been a month so can’t give a full review but it has helped with curbing insatiable hunger feelings during the day. I also don’t get much mood swings like before. Hopefully it’s restocked soon

Easy to swallow nice packaging

I have taken this for 6 months. I don't have cravings as long as I don't eat many bad carbs, otherwise I find this to have no effect on cravings. Therefore I don't find them to have much effect on lowering blood sugar and improving hormones. As a matter of fact my period has always been late since on these.

Reasonable price and easy to swallow. Been taking inositol for awhile(PCO)now so really glad I found this with the added benefit of other vitamins & minerals added in takes the hassle out of separately buying them and am always willing to buy when it’s from a small business.

Loved every bit of it. and made me feel better and more agile. Loved using it and still use it. Highly recommend
