I love this book! I love that it’s a different take on colors and not like every other super bright and ugly kid color book. It has lovely shades to the colors but it’s simple and fun to read. Beautiful pages!

This book is a quality product. The pages are beautiful and the material is easily wiped off. It adds so much to my grandson's library. We stand it up as a decoration when he is not reading it.

This book is really sweet. My 12 month isn’t extremely into it quite yet, but I just need to be consistent with reading it. I love the simplicity of it and the descriptive words. Most kids books these days are so bright and overwhelming, so this was a nice change. I plan to order her other books too, I’m sure they’re just as special.

This book is so good for little learners. The illustrations are absolutely precious and all in watercolor. I really would recommend this!

I love this book, I love that it was written by a child speech therapist, but I think they missed the mark on some of the wording. For example, the blue page says “now what to paint, what to do, how about a beautiful blue?” But it just doesn’t roll off the tongue right, it would have flowed better if it said “now what to paint? Now what to do? How about a beautiful blue!” The second question was just too short to really flow right. Also, some of the examples are weird. Like “yellow bee, soooo busy” When it should’ve just been “yellow bee, buzz buzz”. That happens a lot, and I’m not a huge fan of encouraging children to smush and kill bugs at the end. I then after “killing” the bug you have to open the book back up anyways to read the summary, idk, it just is weird. I do love this book, but I think it could be better.

El libro favorito de mi hijo, lo pide siempre antes de dormir, lo usamos en su rutina de sueño desde los 7 meses. Le encanta que se lo lea y le señale los distintos dibujos. El libro es una preciosidad, acuarelas preciosas y tamaño perfecto.

My baby girl loves this book, especially the colour purple section. I can’t wait for her to read this back to me when she’s older

My 18 month old has added a few new words to his vocabulary in less than two week! Beyond impressed! This morning he said Turtle 🐢

My little guy loves this book! I sat down to read it with him pointing out all the colors and different things, but his favorite was the surprise ending! He just giggled and giggled and asked to do it again several times. 😊I love that there is lots of detail in the pictures. I love books for little ones that provide more to talk about than just the main writing in the book. For example, in this book the chipmunk moves around a lot and in one picture is even in the water cup! This gives more to talk about and notice than just the obvious. The paintings are cute and fun, I love watercolor! I just think there should have been a pink page too. 🙂I bought this book for my friend who just recently had a baby, but I plan to read it to my 2-year-old as much as I can before giving it to my friend. Then I’ll probably buy one for us too.
