Price is almost robbery
The price is absolutely insane. Even assuming no loss in moisture weight during shipping (there will be), it works out to over $30/lb. Which is more than grass fed wagyu teres major, one of the finest cuts of beef conceivable.You'll get a better piece of meat at a lower price from a high quality local butcher.
