Love these B vitamins. Ive been taking them for a couple of years and they seem to work well. One word of caution, do not take before bedtime. ForMe they keep me awake and I can’t fall asleep unless I am exhausted tired. Not necessarily more energy, just sleepless. At 63 yo, I need a Good B vitamin and Anabolic Labs seems to put out a consistent and potent product. I use a couple of their other vitamins and have for years and have similar comments for them as well.

I loved Tri -B-Plex - have taken for over 20 years. I just phoned Anabolic Labs who made them and they informed me the beaded caplets have been discontinued because of FDA rules changing and ingredients they use. Bottom line - you will not find the caps anywhere. If you want to stick with Anabolic, you'll have to take the large yellow orange pills. I can't swallow pills so I'm currently searching for a B complex of this caliber. Just wanted to let you all know in case you've been searching like crazy like I have.

Anabolic Laboratories is NO longer making the T.R.I.-B-PLEX in BEADLET CAPSULES, only in TABLETS. Listing says Beadlet Capsule but you will receive TABLETS. The bottle will say TABLETS.The TABLETS leave a strong B comp flavor in my mouth for hours and hours even when only taking 1/2 of the Tablet. I had been buying this Anabolic Laboratories, TRI B Plex B Complex Formula, Beadlet Caps because the Beadlets NEVER left any after taste EVER.The shelf life life is shorter with the Tablets, also. Where I live, the Anabolic Laboratories, TRI B Plex B Complex Formula, TABLETS begin to have dots on them fairly soon after opening the bottle. At this stage I can't take them at all, due to the even stronger after taste now. Talked to the Anabolic Laboratories today. They said they won't be manufacturing the T.R.I.-B-PLEX in BEADLET CAPSULE technology in the future. I won't be buying these T.R.I.-B-PLEX in TABLETS again.

Have been taking a good while because I suffer from fibromyalgia that had kept me awake and uncomfortable most of the time. Recommended by relative for fatigue/energy and I can tell improvement, plan to continue taking it. I take 2 per day.
