Absolutely love this coloring book for Adults!!! I suffer from anxiety, and was looking for something that would help take my mind off of worries or stress or anything else that would make me anxious. This book is just what I needed. I love that the pages are spindled. So easy to turn the pages , with the pages completely flat to color. So many different options , like flowers, butterflies, cactuses to pick and color. Very relaxing and it does take your mind off of worry and puts it toward coloring a beautiful piece that you can tear out and frame in a 8x10 to hang up. Will definitely be buying more books!!!
