After thoroughly researching this product and taking the vitamins, my husband said they are helping him. At night his legs would bother him and sleep was not in sight. After taking the vitamins he is getting a good night sleep.

I have used this product for a couple years. I only take one but I don’t have anymore cramps and I feel like it makes me relax and just feel better and sleep better. I like the combination of what’s in it. It’s worth the money to me. Great product!

I've been recently plagued with awful leg cramps at night. I have made sure I'm hydrated, I drink diet tonic water during the day and have done stretches before bed but continued to have nightly cramps that wake me up. I've tried a few different homeopathic remedies as well as nightly massaging my calves with an OTC spray foam but nothing has really made a difference. And when my calves don't cramp, I can feel them quivering! I've been doing a lot of research and although the scientific evidence doesn't support Magnesium as definitively helpful, a lot of people said it is so I bought this last week to try. Also to note there are at least 6 different types of Magnesium and apparently it's the Magnesium Glycinate that is absorbed best. Dose should be about 400mg. daily. After two nights I actually had a night without symptoms. Then a night with quivering. Desperate, I contacted my PCP who suggested I take a vitamin B complex that has up to 100mg Vit B6 in it. Well, I've taken this product and the Vit b complex for 4 days now and I'm without the night cramps. An occasional quiver only. Not sure if they would have improved anyway and I know this isn't a cure all but I'm very grateful for getting some sleep.

UPDATES: 4/16/25: VERY highly recommended! I have been using ONE capsule a night for one month now and extremely pleased! While I have felt the beginnings of a cramp, maybe three times, they released quickly without needing to get out of bed. I am very, very happy with this supplement. I was already taking mag glycinate. This product contains 5HTP and GABA that aren’t in any of my other supplements. I will keep ordering this 90 capsule bottle which lasts me three months. 3/30/25: TWO WEEKS WITHOUT NIGHT LEG CRAMPS‼️❣️🙏. I’m taking 1 capsule at bedtime. I’m WAY beyond happy with this product❣️ 3/17/25: FOUR nights without leg cramps ❣️. 3/15/25: I’ve used it TWICE and must say, I did not have leg cramps during the night. I will give it two weeks and then finalize my review. I’m hopeful… Fingers crossed!🙂🙏🤞

I've been using this product for close to 2 years. I've tried other magnesium products but no one combines the b vitamins, ashwagandha and melatonin except for mag r& r. Thia makes for a truly relaxing, cramp free night! I hope you find as this product as helpful as I do.

First night, took 1 tablet at bedtime,no restless legs.Skipped 2nd night, no restless legs. Took 1 tablet 3rd night, no restless legs. Amazing.

helps but not like advertised, does not last for me all night, i wake up about 4am and have to take some of my hyland leg cramp pills, which is the best thing i have found for leg cramps

I've been troubled of late with awakening at night to roll over only to be hit with severe leg cramps. I tried this on recommendations and it seems to be helping. I now get a better chance of getting a decent nights sleep for me which is still only 6 or so hours. Four stars for now as i've only used it for 10 days.
