A good buy!
First time I bought this and I am very happy with it. I bought it to make bread but I have used it to make cake as well. My favourite is whole wheat flour apple sauce cake!

Excellent delicious flour
I cannot recommend this flour highly enough! I made a 2 lb wholemeal loaf using 350 grams of this flour and 150grams Einkorn flour, it went down a storm with my family. It has a mild delicious flavour and a soft fluffy melt in the mouth texture including the delicious crust I achieved using a egg/milk wash. This will be my goto flour for bread and pastries from now on. I am ordering more today.

Took advice that it is Safe for Celiac/gluten intolerant and amazed I've had no problems to date (5 loaves eaten so far)
