Fantastic: gentle yet effective yoga PT
These techniques, poses, etc. are targetted for the back and very effective. I have added many of these to my daily 'practice' to stretch and strengthen my spine.

One of the best book on the subject
Suffering from back and hip problems for years, i've read tons of books on the subject. This one of the best, with a lot of explanations on the causes of pain and what to do to avoid them. I personally appreciated that the book was well documented and with case studies to illustrate. I did like the fact that psychological/stress causes are also mentioned and dealt with, which is still pretty scarce in that kind of books. Too bad it is not translated into french !

Really Good Professional Yoga Therapy for Spinal Disorders.
I love this book. I am a Yoga Therapist and this publication is helping me tremendously! Rachel Krentzman is really knowledgeable. I recently heard her at a presentation for International Yoga Therapy Day from the International Association of Yoga Therapist. I was so impressed with her, I bought her book before I finished viewing her seminar. She is really good. I am also impressed with the service provided by the book company that sold the book through Amazon. I am exceptionally satisfied. I wish I could give 6 stars!

Excellent book for those looking for solutions to "Back issues
Excellent book for those looking for solutions to "Back issues, and also for those wishing to avoid them. The importance of the "hips" and how they relate to the lower back is very interesting, with many practical "tips".I liked in particular, the Chapter on "Traction" and how this can be used to help resolve "back imbalances".If you know about "Yoga" & Physical therapy (even if you do not), one can tell Rachel has been well taught.
