My elderly mother has a particular neck bolster-tyoe pillow that she needs to be comfortable and have a restful sleep - it is getting a bit worn and frayed, and I have had a terrible time finding a suitable replacement pillow due to the exact size, comfort, and wear - so I decided to go the cover-route. If you like a fairly firm pillow, you will like this product. Comes with a good quality pillow case. I use it for watching tv, but it is too firm to sleep with for my liking. Product as advertised.
