Tried the bangle style because its theyre popular but there is nothing like a comfortable, simple pair of weights that just do their job and let you focus on what you're there to do. Another perk is the metal loop for the velcro. Doing this one handed makes such a design invaluable. iykyk. Love love love these.

pretty much what I was looking for rebuilding strength in my knee however the velcro straps are not strong enough and can easily pop-off. fortunately I’m only using them for lifts so it’s not much if a problem but even then they occasionally will pop-off.

2lbs each is a perfect weight for me, I was worried it may be too much at first. The design is easy to wear and pretty comfortable. I had first ordered a different style from a different seller, and it was leaving a bruise on my ankle after 20 minutes of wear. This soft cushiony design though is really great for everyday use or during workouts. I have not yet tried running with those but will report back when I do.

I liked these at first. Wear them while on my walking pad and working to give myself a little more workout. The velcro rubs on my ankle. You need to wear high socks to prevent this. Now I can’t use them because it dug in and now i have a sore on the front side of the base of my ankle. Disappointed. Ankle socks aren’t tall enough.

They work

The weight helps while performing water aerobics, however the Velcro does not hold what so ever. Useless pair of weights. After several attempts at using them I gave up. Even the simplest of moves in the water, the weights come loose - very annoying. I would not buy these again for any activity.
