I love this set and everyone around the Thanksgiving table thought it was great the blue light and effortless work to use especially the pepper, works great I am very pleased with this product and the price.

I purchased these grinders a year and a half ago and wrote a negative review on their customer service. I am writing again to rescind that one. Unfortunately the owners of the company had a family tragedy and had to travel to another country to take care of things. This is the reason why customer service did not respond to my emails. Also, I was upset that the salt grinder stopped working. A brush is included with the grinders for a reason. Regular cleaning is essential to maintaining this great product. I also fixed the issue with my salt grinder by cleaning it well and applying a very small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab and cleaning the battery area. Grinder works perfectly! I don’t think this will be necessary again if I make sure to use the brush regularly. The main reason for this review is about their customer service and a great product. After they returned to the US, the owner of the company personally called me to apologize for the delay in responding to my emails. I love how neat this set sits on my counter in the holder! I have arthritis and a regular grinder is difficult for me to use. These grinders are so easy to use. Great product!

You just tip these upside down - they are so easy to use, especially if you love fresh ground s&p and have arthritis so can't rotate the usual grinders. The stand is a great bonus as they can go off if knocked over! Recommended.

Edit:I was able to contact customer support and I was sent a new set free of charge. My new set works phenomenally and customer service was amazing once I was able to get in contact with them.Original Review:Such a disappointment for the money paid. One grinder works fine (the one I used for pepper) and the other does not (the one used for salt). The salt grinder is tightened to grind out finer salt. It does not. The salt comes out in massive clumps and the grinder will not grind it any smaller.The company website does not work, so customer support cannot be contacted. I also contacted the company via Instagram and received no response.
