It is a thin but densely woven cotton. I used it to make light curtain in a patio area to tone down strong sunlight. The fabric is still sheer enough to let the contours of the landscape be visible through it, exactly the effect I wanted to achieve so I am happy with it. The fabric was a little dirty along the edge, some kind of greasy spots but they came out in the wash.This fabric would also be suitable as a light lining.

Lovely quality and lovely to work with would totally recommend it.

Bit disappointed it's more of a red pink then a red red which is in the picture. But didn't have time to send back so made do.Quality is fine.Delivery was good.Just not quite the colour I wanted.
