This magnesium body butter is sooo good! It’s rich, moisturizing, smells divine but most importantly makes your body feel so good, calm, and relaxed! Your skin feels soft, soothed, and deeply nourished all the while. It’s thick and rich. A little bit goes a really long way, so this container will last you a long time. I use mine when I’m fresh out of the shower and my skin is still warm, and still has a bit of moisture from the water. After melting a little bit in my hands I glide it on and my skin just drinks it up! Within 20-40 minutes I start to feel the impact of the magnesium! It’s wonderful after a long day, intense activity, or just to relax your body before bed! I even use mine in the morning sometimes to start my day off on a relaxing note! It’s awesome, I will not be without it now! The lavender smell is not too much, it smells natural and lovely!

AMAZING! This magnesium butter is no less than a MIRACLE! I’ve suffered RLS for years and long ago reached the highest dose of medicine allowed. Long story short I was at the end of my rope and started looking for alternatives or something I could do along with the med. I stumbled on this and the reviews were amazing so I ordered and it arrived yesterday and I used it before bed. First I’d like to say that I followed application directions and the consistency changed very quickly from gritty to smooth rubbing my palms together. The fragrance is rather strong and not to my liking but I applied anyway. I did get used to the smell quickly and this morning it is light and pleasing! My legs are soft and smooth. Anyway, after I applied it I went to bed. I waited for the twitching and jumping to start but it did NOT happen! I drifted off to sleep with a calmness I haven’t experienced for years! I slept until 11am! I am rested and ready for the day! I can’t remember the last sleep like this I had or waking this refreshed and not having to drag myself out of bed. Yes, it was only one use and I will update this review if results vary but I have to say that last night’s sleep alone was worth the cost . If RLS is wearing you down, this is definitely worth a try!

This was recommended to me by a therapist to help with restless leg and those leg or body spasms you get as you are falling to sleep. And it totally helps!!! It’s awesome! Magnesium has also been recommended to me by my neurologist for my migraines, but it can cause digestive issues, so this is much better. I started with the smaller size to see what I thought, and it was fabulous. Then I purchased the larger size, and unfortunately the texture is really gritty. It’s weird. I have a hard time rubbing it in. It’s almost like it wasn’t mixed as well as the other batch or something. I rub it into my feel and lower legs as completely as I can, and am left with all these little hard pieces, almost like sand, or plastic? Glycerin?? It’s frustrating because this stuff is not cheap. I will try another large, and if I have the same issue, I guess I’ll go back to the small, which is less economical. ***Update- I’ve since purchased probably 3 or 4 more of the large size, none had the gritty texture. I’ll chalk it up to a bad batch. Still using this stuff nightly, and if I run out…. Believe me, the issues with the restless legs and full body jerks as I’m drifting off to sleep come back.

I use this every night and I recommend it often. It is very effective at relaxing tense muscles and, when used on the bottom of feet, helps me fall asleep faster than any other magnesium I've tried.

Hating it. Greasy, oily, gritty. The scent is so strong and nauseating.

This stuff works and smells great- but it’s grainy and leaves big pebbles of product on your skin. I have to apply in the tub and use a wet cloth to wipe off the stuff that doesn’t dissolve. I’ve call the company to ask if this is normal and they didn’t reply. I won’t buy again. Sigh.

This product feels great on my legs and has made a huge difference on my ability to sleep. My wife has even noticed the difference on me not fidgeting throughout the night. The smell is relaxing and natural, not overwhelming like some of the other products I have tried. It absorbs nicely into my skin and doesn’t give me a greasy feeling.
