Good product
Good and simple product. Works well

Very accurate
Loved the easily visible numbers and accuracy of the gauge. Looked at othergauges and found most were inaccurate by a couple of pounds. Bright blue light makes it easy to use in pitch dark. Bought another because of the quality and ease of use

Works as it should
Simple and easy to use. The light is bright, but doesn’t stay on very long.

Handle with care and it will work.
This gauge looked great on paper. I received it and put it to test. This was purchased mainly for my son's 2004 Subaru Forester. He needed a tire gauge since this was the first time he was taking his car away to college, and I wanted to make sure he could check pressure since the car will be sitting in a lot for long periods-he won't drive much where he is.I used the gauge prior to him leaving to make sure his tires were at the right pressure. I used a Kobalt compressor with a digital readout to pump the tires. My experience:1. Handling: this gauge is very light. It has almost no heft to it. The gun grip is OK, but it puts one's hand in an awkward angle when pushing on the valve. Also, you cannot see the display when you are pushing down the valve. Since there is no audible tone, you don't know when to stop pressing into the valve stem. The Forester has long and somewhat flexible valve stems. It was tricky to make sure to create a good seal without letting air out of the valve. I had to use one hand to hold the valve stem steady and the other to measure the pressure using the gauge. The gauge worked much better on the more rigid valve stems on our Honda Odyssey. Once you get a hang of the angle you need to push on the valve, it works good. Also, a little longer nozzle would be helpful to reduce or prevent contact with the sidewall of the tire - a bit more pistol-like structure, perhaps.2. Accuracy: I had this gauge, the digital display on the compressor, and an older Accu-Tire digital gauge. When I measured a tire, all three read different pressures. It is hard to be sure which one was accurate. When the Kobalt was set to 29 PSI, per the Forester door label, Rhino read 26 PSI. Accu-Tire read something else in-between. I just used the Rhino to set pressure to all the tires, and Accu-Tire mostly agreed whereas Kobalt was reading much higher PSI. I still don't know which one was closer to the truth. Still, since I used the same gauge for all tires, at least they were set correctly, relatively speaking. The gauge is with my son in his car right now. Overall, it is a good gauge, light-weight, but I think it could use slightly more heft (The Accu-Tire one is a lot heavier) and slightly longer neck since the sidewall may get in your way when you are trying to push on the valve stem. And if you do not have any other gauges around to confuse you, you should be able to measure and set tire pressures with it lickety-split at least consistent within the set of the tires.

cannot replace battery
Works fine but once battery expires, there is no way to replace it.

Excellent Inexpensive Tire Pressure Gauge
The tire pressure gauge as received is giving readings within 1% accuracy of my more expensive calibrated gauge, which amounts to a variance of typically 0.3-0.4psi. A 1% accuracy is pretty good though, at least for the gauge received. I had the impression when ordering that this gauge was made in the USA but am uncertain now because it says no where on the product or packaging where it is actually made and by looking at the battery the chinese script on it hints this is not a USA made product. For this price it is a moot point though. The gauge works well as received and is inexpensive plus comes with a lifetime warranty so I am guessing if it doesn't keep working one should be able to get a replacement if you want another. From a thoughtful purchase followup email from Rhino USA I have a very good impression of this company on their high degree of customer focus and desire to make certain the customer is satisfied. Excellent customer focus and service is important; sometimes more important than the product itself. With this gauge I found it is very important to take your time and make sure the face is level with the valve stem face and that in one smooth motion you press it onto the stem to effect a good seal. That is very likely the same case for the majority of inexpensive plastic digital gauges. It retains the pressure reading too which is a nice feature. All in all the gauge I received and checked out earns 5 stars based on initial performance. Other digital gauges I have had were not very reliable, so hopefully this one will be reliable and last reasonably well. Initial impression is with proper application to the valve stem, the gauge works very well in giving a reproducible accurate pressure reading within 1% accuracy (based on the single gauge received). The illumination is a nice feature too. For $10, this is quite good. Time will tell if it is reliable, but again Rhino USA backs it with a lifetime warranty. The success of this product will be based however not on "new, as received performance" but rather long term reliability, accuracy retention, and battery replacement frequency. That's left to be seen but for $10 it's certainly worth a try. Thanks Rhino USA for your excellent customer focus!
