Good vitamin
Big chewable tablet. I cut in have to eat it. Tastes like orange. Kind of tarty. Doesn’t upset my stomach.

One of the best vitamins out there
They're really not bad. A little chalky but it's fine. Everyone complaining about the taste is super dramatic. We're not eating a 5 star meal. It's a vitamin.. you're literally eating IRON so how great do you expect it to taste? It gets the job done. It's cheap. It's effective. Eazy to consume. Has everything you need in one dose. You should definitely eat it with food. It made me a little nauseous taking it on an empty stomach.

The best vitamin out there
This has all the things you need all in 1. You wouldn't need to take or but multiples.

Take it with food!
The taste isn't pleasant at all, but I figured it's worth it to only have to take one a day and no additional B12 supplementation. The instructions on the back do read to take with food, so please do! I'm 11 days postop and have been taking them for 5 days now, but for the last two mornings I've chewed them on an empty stomach and have gotten nauseous and thrown up within minutes. Otherwise, I take these first (chased with a small sip of flavored water) and then take my prilosec capsule in a bit of applesauce and go about my day no problem.

Awful!
The taste was terrible. It was as though they took what was in the capsule version (one of which I emptied into a cup and tried to swallow those granules - ecchhh!) and mixed in a little bit of flavoring and pressed it all into a "chewable" tablet/wafer. Don't even think about chewing one down on an empty stomach - instant nausea. Also, the plastic bottle that the 60 "chewable" tablets came in was more than twice the volume of the tablets. There was more cotton padding than actual vitamins. Did they think it would fool us into thinking we were getting more?
