Takes a very long time to warm up.
A few months ago, we had our master bath totally redone. Heated floors, custom shower, you name it and it is probably in there. So I asked for an hard wired heated towel rack. My contractor advised against it because he thought it was a fire hazard, but perhaps a wall mounted plug in one would suit my needs. I searched for a while before deciding on this one. I chose it because it was plug in, wall mounted, heated and had a timer. Plus I loved the shape of it. Well I have had it about three mounts and I find it takes a VERY LONG TIME to heat a towel. The timer is very hard to work and it only heats up to 80 degrees. Not sure if that is Fahrenheit or Celsius because the instruction sheet tells you very little. That all being said, I love the look of it and as a regular towel rack it really looks nice. So, it depends on what you want: the look or the functionality! But to tell the truth, I don’t really know if I would buy this one again.

Nice Looking & Sturdy
Mine is not installed yet (remodeling Master Bath), but planning to hardwire, so contractor wanted it early for measurements. Like the look of it (curved bars) and seems like the towel will hang easily. Also seems very sturdy.

Bought Two. One Stopped Working After 10 Months
Loved the look - brushed steel. Loved the variable heat options. Loved the size - multiple bars. But, I bought two and one just stopped working. Still switches on but control panel no longer functional. No display, no heat, nothing. This is mounted so going to be a royal pain to resolve (remove and replace). So damn tired of trying to buy a quality product for higher price and getting what seems to be the same poor construction as cheaper choices. Less than a year of use by one person in a two-person household. Beyond disappointing.

UPDATE Do Not Purchase
Just had this installed today. I had an electrician do it since I wanted it hard wired and he had to go through a wall to locate the power source. Looks great and so far seems to work as advertised. Two issues. One, the temperature settings are in Celsius and can NOT be changed…minor inconvenience. Two, this is the second towel rack I received. The first one came with several significant dents to two of the bars. It was an inconvenience to box it back up and then drive to the UPS store to drop off. That being said, the return was free and a new unit was sent immediately. Amazon was great in rectifying the problem.I will update after using for a while.Been using for about a week. Now the rack displays an “ERR” code. The instructions don’t say much about the error code or how to reset it. This unit is hardwired by a qualified electrician so I can’t unplug it. I’ve turned off the power at the electrical box…left it off for 5 minutes but the error code won’t clear. Called the company…no answer, left a message, also sent an email. No response. I have to now downgrade this towel rack to 1star because it is not working.

Beautiful, but not very warm
This towel warmer was a new edition to our spa bath remodel. We did a lot of research prior to purchasing this towel warmer. We liked that it could be plugged in or hardwired. It’s a beautiful bushes nickel. It looks high end and looks great in our bath.My concern is that it doesn’t really warm the towels very well. For the price, we had really expected more. It takes a long time to heat up the towels and they don’t even get that warm. My husband jokes that it is our $300 towel rack.

Lasted a little more than a year
This towel warmer lasted a little over a year and it was installed by an electrician. The design is very large and sticks out quite a bit. It can be overlooking the room. The heating element and the light lasted slightly over a year. This is ridiculous. I now have to pay an electrician to hardwire a new one .
