I have a hard time with heavy creams, so I usually gravitate to lightweight K-Beauty gels and serums.I tried this one and really was quite pleased with it. It absorbed and did not feel heavy or oily on my skin. Just a little initial breakout on my chin but nothing too extreme. I have sensitive skin. It's not unusual for my skin to turn red and look/feel irritated when I use a new product. So I'm usually a soap and water gal. My skin did not look irritated with this at all. There are two little spots on my cheeks that feel irritated, but not badly. Not nearly enough to stop using it. It's almost a good tingle, if that's possible. The tingle lasted less than an hour and never made my skin red or inflamed.I absolutely LOVE the smell of this. I want a candle or fragrance spray that smells this way. It's not overpowering (as with my skin, my nose is sensitive to fragrances). This doesn't irritate my nose, but rather I find myself purposefully trying to catch a wiff of it. It's hard to nail down what it smells like... a little sweet...a little fruity...a little herb-like and earthy but not too much. It's a female scent but not really feminine at the same time.The directions say to apply it 1-2 times a week. That's easy enough for my low maintenance self! And wow - my skin is so soft in the morning!I did knock it down one star because it's a $60 cream is a fairly cheap and generic tube with plain labels perfectly slapped on the tube. The box was destroyed when it shipped to me in bubble envelope but the directions are on the tube, so that was ok. I am hopeful that the packaging is cheap because the makers wanted to keep the cost as low as possible since the ingredients are higher end? But I'm not certain.Overall, I love it. It'll last a long long time since less than a dime size covers my face. The results are worth it.
