replaced old movement that failed, easy to replace, the clock had sentimental value and could not be replaced, would highly recommend.

Great for repairing a broken clock or creating a new personalised one.I did both.

I bought this to replace a broken one from a clock we got in Malta 10 years or so ago. It fitted, worked first time and the old hands plugged straight on. I actually replaced the old second hand, because I preferred one that came with this unit.My only advice would be to measure the screws and overall length on your old unit to make sure you get one the right size. It took me ages to choose one that was exactly the right size and had some hands that would be the right length for my old clock.

Used these to revive two elegant clocks. Good choice of hands, most too long but easily cut to length and ends shaped with stout scissors. Also used spare hands to improve the appearance of another clock. Still some left as spares.

They do the job but the old saying you get what you pay for

Had a pair of budget wall clocks that had not worked for a while and decided to attempt a repair. These two units were a perfect fit for the plastic fascias. The supplied hands were really useful as the existing ones were a slighthly different size to the shaft. The hands are made of aluminium so you can cut them to length with a pair of scissors if they don't quite fit the fascia. Both units seemed to work well and keep good time. A 5 minute job and far better than chucking the clocks in the bin.
