CGC Retail Outlet have excellent customer service.
I cannot praise CGC Retail Outlet highly enough. I now have the product and it is precisely what I wanted. Unfortunately, the courier Hermes/Evri were appalling. Their claims for delivery time and location were complete fantasy (refer to social media and national news about the courier).CGC Retail Outlet resent another product via DHL which arrived promptly in a couple of days.I'm sorry for their extra cost, but well done CGC Retail Outlet.👍

Not constructed from the strongest material. Fidjety to wire at base
Arrived with lantern broken in two places which would indicate poor materials used in construction. Also found wiring awkward at the base where wiring block was badly placed. In fairness to CGC, they replaced lantern section following notification.

Great outdoor lamp
Took a bit of wiring up you need to have a length of outdoor cable to plug in as it doesn't come with any!...lovely lamp though! Attached it to a plinth at the bottom as its very lightweight painted it black and screwed it to wall. Very pleased with it!

BROKE WITHIN TWO MONTHS
This lamp post when installed was so wobbly every time the wind blew I was worried it would fall over, then one day I came home and the whole top part of the lantern was tilted over. I thought it just needed to be screwed back on straight but it kept happening over and over again. My husband looked at it and noticed that part of the plastic inside had snapped off, so after two months it was rendered useless and I'm having to buy a replacement, going for an aluminium one instead.

Very flimsy

Didn’t last first storm
Initially very pleased however like other reviews this quite flimsy. First high wind storm both lights have snapped and are sitting at an angle.
