Great closed face rod reel combo
Smooth reel, and great rod with high flexibility.

Great rod, really fun for bass fishing.
The metal bracket on the reel (the handle you use to reel in) was twisted. Wasn’t able to do a full rotation without scraping the cover of the line. Had to take it off and put it in a vice to twist it back straight, once that was done it worked great.

Replacement uglystick
Awesome. First one I received was totally crushed the bottom half broke in two. Amazon replaced it. Another big reason to buy from Amazon. Outstanding service. Thanks in

Cheap and trash
Cheap fishing line it broke instantly as I used it

Great rod, reel leaves much to be desired.
As with all Ugly Stiks, this rod is an exceptional value. Perfect for younger kids and those of smaller stature. The reel on this combo? Not so much. It will work, but I strongly recommend swapping out for a Zebco 33 Micro. The reel is just not built for the abuse that kids can dish out.

Love this pole but the place I bought if from not so much
The fishing pole is great once I got it. Just the right size, style and weight. Love the handle as it doesn't stick way out there like some newer fishing poles do. First pole I ordered was lost in the mail. Contacted seller and they didn't nothing. Had to get refund from Amazon. Then was stupid enough to order second pole and finally got it about a month later.

Very Good product, highly recommend!
I highly recommend this brand in this pole! Especially as “cheaper poles” go. This is Definitely the way to go!

My Husband Loved it
My husband had an Ugly Stik he couldn't even remember for how long, it broke this year while we were fishing so I got him this one he Loves it ( he did change out the reel to his old favorite but was still cheaper than just the pole in big box stores !
