If you are like me and looking at products for fertility support, this is a really great product. It seems to have all the boxes ticked in terms of sort of like where it’s come from the quality of the product of the supplements itself. It works really well are use it daily definitely is made and improvements and I’m looking forward to seeing the results of egg collection.

I took a long time choosing an Omega 3 supplement. These are great value for the potency and important for me as a migraine sufferer, absolutely no fishy aftertaste or fishy burps. Also, made in the U.K. with good credentials. I usually use a more expensive brand but these do exactly the same job at a fraction of the cost, so I can afford to keep buying them. 10/10.

Many omega 3 capsules on Amazon are made of bovine gelatin but this is one of the only ones I've found that states fish gelatin. It's a little expensive in comparison but it contains good amounts of both EPA and DHA so I'd recommend it to any Muslims looking for a source of omega 3. Do your own research though as beyond this I take no responsibility. Also ingredients could change so double check the label. One supplier I previously bought from switched from fish to bovine gelatin with only a small text change on the ingredients of the label so when I noticed it I switched supplier straight away

Very easy to swallow. It has fish gelatin in it which is really good for halal option.

Didn’t realise its 2 per day so won’t last as long
