This is the first 600 mg that does not give me heartburn & I don’t have to drown myself with drinking water. Of course, I drink an adequate amount to flush it thru.

This works very well for neuropathy. I find that it's best not to eat for a while before, and after taking it and not for one hour right after taking it. Also drink enough water so that it goes all the way down :-). If not, there's a chance you can burn your throat, or at least it feels that way.All in all, it's a good product at a good price and I would recommend it to anyone needing it.

I’m always skeptical of the reviews I read on Amazon but most of what I read seemed positive so I decided to take a chance. In 2002 I was diagnosed with a metabolic myopathy and I have severe pain, 2009 I had back surgery after being diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and in May I suffered a stroke. My body has been plagued by all these abnormal sensations accompanied by the pain. These pills are nothing short of a miracle for me! I was really surprised at how fast they started working. It’s not a 100% cure but it certainly makes it bearable. I haven’t felt this normal in what seems like forever! I can’t say if this will for everyone who tries it, but it sure is a godsend for me.

O.M.G.- If you are looking for potency, you found it! I haven't taken alpha lipoic acid in a while but this is way stronger than the stuff I used to get from a well-known vitamin company, even with the same dosage amounts. I've decided to mix the capsule with a vitamin drink I normally take. Easier and the effects aren't so immediate. It's an antioxidant so drink plenty of water when you take it. As a result, my breathing is easier, my skin is clearer, and it shines more. I like it. I'll buy it again.

My husband, who is diabetic, takes this to help support his insulin and blood sugar levels. They were recommended to him by his healthcare provider. He was told this was a great product and he seems to be very pleased with it.
