Is this methylated b12?

im not sure what you mean by methylated but these taste like cherry and I just put them under my tongue and let them desolve I was told that this is the best way to take them I hope this helps

We have been taking them for about 9 months and never noticed any staining of our teeth. Our semi-annual dental checks did not mention anything about stain or anything else unusual.

Is this the same as a quick dissolve and does it come in 2500 mcg

It dissolves under the tongue fairly quickly. I don't know if it comes in 2500 mcgVitamin B weekly nasal spray can be prescribed by your Doctor as well.
