There is Nothing to say that this is merhylcobalamin on the actual packet. Only says b12 which does not give me confidence. There is no way to message the seller about this either. I Would have expected a more thorough breakdown of the ingredients as it is advertised as methyl b12 specifically. Also the other ingredients are not the same as advertised.

Used as a supplement

Nice and small to swallow, and if I'm honest I'm feeling much less tired.

Help in relaxation in the evenings.

My son cannot tolerate maltodextrin so I go to great pains to read the ingredient lists on things I purchase. This item blatantly left off the maltodextrin on the item description. I opened the package before noticing. Avoid.
