this is extremely strong stuff. i've never personally used a retinoid product this powerful so i accidentally overused it.that's the only downfall - but that is entirely user error NOT product error.the product is WONDERFUL. i have had it for probably 3 weeks and already my fine lines are diminishing and i'm not even halfway through the product because i personally can't use it every day.i also recommend using the pads until they are absolutely DRY. i rub them on my neck, hands, feet, etc. i could not gush enough but BE CAREFUL because this is a powerful product for the newbies out there unaware of how to properly care for your skin while using (i.e.-me)do your research and stay out of the sun and care for your skin properly. it will do what it says. & for the price tag - it better. also this is a slightly cheaper option than the already pre-soaked pads so i recommend it even more. you just pour the bottle over it and save $20. seems like a no brainer. highly recommend!

I really love this product, I used it years ago when it first came out and then couldn't find it. I'm glad to see it on Amazon and it's more affordable than it was then as well. And the picture you will notice a small darker sunspot under my right eye next to that there was a much larger darker spot that is barely visible now and the small darker one was much darker than it appears in this photo as well as I had many fine lines and wrinkles along with deeper lines and wrinkles and in just a week I have noticed much lightening of the sunspots much less fine lines and wrinkles and much less prominent deep lines and wrinkles. It has a slight oily feeling when first applied but quickly absorbed into the skin making it ready for other beauty products. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to see a big difference in a fairly short amount of time and it only just gets better.

When I received the product, the bottle was empty - and the pads were already moist. In the past the bottle comes sealed, and I have the option to pour in the liquid. So I am not sure if I got the full amount of liquid that was specified on bottle. Also, the pads are much thinner than they have been in the past. I noticed before purchasing that the label was little different (now includes the word "Ultimate") I have used this product in the past, and liked it, but because of the way the product was delivered (empty bottle, pre-moistened pads) I will not buy from this seller again.

The product has changed and caused a skin reaction. I have used this product for years and cannot get the previous formula. The pads have also changed and I feel they are inferior. Will not buy this again!

They have changed the pads from when I bought last (in 2018). the old pads had a rough side so that one got a bit of a scrub/peeling effect. the new pads just deliver an oily substance to the face.
