Good for the money, Good weight requirement.
The handle size is perfect. Put it on the deck for swim spa. Easy to get in the deck. Not super sturdy if pushed sizeways but it's doing what I wanted it to which is give us something to hold onto when we get out. Over all it looks good. I wish the covers were darker or they made spare covers in different colors to buy but it seems sturdy enough. The value was very good. The covers are decent. I would gladly pay for them again in 5 years if they last that long.Value for money:Decent cost Ease of use:Good to help us steady ourselvesEase of installation:Fast installation like 10 - 20 min or soSize:Perfect size for us to get out of the spaFunctionality:Good if used in the right direction but dont pull them over to the side.

no issues!
i took the chance and purchased the items even after i watched videos from others which showed poor quality! I guess i was one of the lucky purchasers! My husband installed them with no difficulty. A concrete drill bit was also included which my husband didn't use because it wasn't compatible with his Bosch hammer drill. Railing covers are a good quality and fit the railings perfectly. All factory welds on the items showed no signs of poor workmanship! only draw back was the anchors included for concrete installation. My husband used Hilti Brand concrete anchors to secure the rails with Stainless steel washers and nuts!

Great rail. You will replace the padding.
The rail is very sturdy. Works as expected. Only complaint is how quickly the padding fades in the sun. I understand things fade in the sun, but this is made to be outside all the time. It shouldn't fade after a month or two.

You must either rent or own a hammer drill for 2/2" anchors
45 minutes for a 71-year-old to install. The installation was fairly easy, except for drilling the 1/2" anchor holes. Rails are good-looking and sturdy.

Good design, difficult installation.
The design was what attracted me. I would have preferred it to be a higher grade of Stainless, but I sprayed it all with Rust-Oleum.Good news is that they are now installed. Also, the company meant well to include the installation parts. I seriously doubt that they would have succeeded to install them with only those parts. The included drill bit is indeed for a hammer drill, but a rare SDS-Top drill bit. There are very few tools which accomodate that size. The included wrench was a sweet idea, but it couldn't be used to turn those screws--perhaps if it were only on a child's toy. The anchors and the screws were adequate, and appreciated. The job would be very difficult if you only had a standard drill, and you were going into cement. You do need a Hammer Drill. In my area those are difficult to rent. All in all, however, I did succeed, and I appreciate that the company was trying to do well by supplying the tools, even if some were useless.

Beautiful but gets dirty & rusty
I LOVE how they look. Installation was hard to line up on a curved pool & left a gap between railing and the coping. The blue covers got filthy and faded in under a month, I tossed them. But the rails do not get too hot and are not slippery so you don't need the covers. I plan to put ceramic car wax on the rails to protect them & to inject Liquid nails into the gap to protect the bolts from wear.
