I would not try to use them indoors unless you are in a big gym.

The round ones would do good, they penetrate the wind well and fly like a frisbee with less drag. The two that look like boomerangs are about useless in any wind conditions. The triangle one needs the tips bent upward to fly well.

Absolutely! We have a lefty who is quite able to throw.
