This is the best supplement I ever taken wasn't sure at first but I realised it helped me to sleep and I would recommend I'm going to get a second one before the price change money worth spent.

Sadly disappointed as this had no effect at all. No extra energy no libido. Bought for my wife, I tried it too.The reason for three stars is because it’s well presented, long date, good packaging, and no bad taste. May try another supplement from the same brand.

Waited to see how these went now two weeks in and boy what a change !!! In the throws of the wonderful menopause ( coming back as a man !) … felt I was up and down like a yo-yo . Not to mention my skin looked like I was a pre adolescent teenager and well other areas of my body were as dry as the gobi dessert! Too much info … I know ..so fast forward two weeks after taking these .. I have 100% more energy , I feel more alert ( feel like I’m in limitless ) and I’m happy … mood is level and just all round I feel blooming amazing !!! I had never heard about Maca Root until recently and thought I would give it a go as ive felt deflated since covid.I found these really helped with my energy throughout the day, can concentrate better at work and have been sleeping better since taking them. I ordered my Maca tablets at the begining of September 2023 and just seen that the best before date is 10/09/23. Now I have lots of the tablets let's as it's one a day with 180 tablets. Should of checked this at the time of receiving the order.
