Works great. Follow the instructions to dry it out after so you don’t get mold. Overall really nice

Not very impressed with the construction of this product. Looks like pressed paper. Photos of it on Amazon didn't clearly show how cheaply this product was constructed. But it clearly states don't wash...it would melt if immersed in water.

I tend to make high hydration doughs with a decent amount of wholemeal flour so they can get pretty sticky. Wicker is fine but if I’m not super careful I can end up partly deflating the dough as I try to get it out of the banneton. This has never even been close to happening with this one - it just makes the whole process of bulk fermentation a breeze.

Very pleased with the quality of this banneton. With a light dusting of rice powder I had no issues with sticking. Nice and sturdy and dries easily before storing. Highly recommend.
