These tablets are a great source of biotin for hair, skin, and nail growth and health. At 10,000µg per tablet, this is a pretty high dosage, which is always good, and at £9.99 (the price at the time of writing this review) for 120 days worth, this is very good value (although there are other alternatives of the same quality out there there that are either cheaper or longer-lasting for the same price). The tablets are small and easy to swallow and the packaging is slim, which means they can easily be delivered through a letterbox.These are also suitable for vegans.I've been taking these for over a month now, and although I haven't noticed a change in my hair or skin health, I have noticed that my fingernails seem stronger and slightly thicker.I would definitely recommend these.

These arrive in a compact white plastic storage container sized approx 8cm wide, 11cm high & 2cm deep.The sides are all flat so it makes it very easy to store even if you are short on space.The tablets inside are small & easy to swallow.I experienced no aftertaste.These vegan tablets contain 10,000 micrograms (which is 10mg) of biotin.This is 20,000% NRV.Best before date is printed on the base. I ordered these in November 2021, they are best before April 2023.With 120 tablets for £10 I think this represents good value for money.I have found that taking a biotin supplement over the long term has improved my hair & nails - not so sure about my skin but it certainly doesn't seem to have done any harm.

I have been taking Biotin supplements for a while now, as I do feel that it had a beneficial effect on my hair and nails. These are different than my usual kind, but seem just as good.They come in one of those flat containers, which are compact and easy to store, as well as making delivery easier since they fit through the letterbox ! As for the tablets themselves, they are small ( about the size of a standard Aspirin) and are therefore easy enough for anybody to swallow. There is 120 tablets - so enough for about 4 months at the one-a-day rate, and they deliver a high dose of Biotin.These are priced well for the amount offered, so I may well consider buying these for the foreseeable future.
