Thickness of foam not as advertized

The description for this item says that the top (Lid) piece of foam is 2.5" thick. The top piece I received is only 1 3/8" thick. Total thickness of all 4 pieces is supposed to be 6". What I received is 5"

Too big for my zero case

About 3/4 inch to wide and 3/4 inch too long requiring cutting all the pieces to be trimmed to fit my case.
