Expensive but worth the price.
The media could not be loaded. Before this Grohe faucet have ordered a Kraus faucet, it was good looking but the spout was too close to the back of the sink. This one almost reaches the center of the drain. Besides the quality is much better, it’s heavy and works perfectly as the water flows nicely from the spout. It is easy to install and has smooth movement. The pull out is great feature and reaches pretty far, I adjusted it to reach to far corner of the sink. Easy to maintain with simple wipe all fingerprints and water stains are goneBesides the simplicity and elegance of the design, this Grohe kitchen faucet delivers high quality and great performance.Highly recommended product

Very nice design, quiet
Very nice design, quiet, nice removable handle with spray - BUT - this fixture takes some getting used to; washing a spoon can result in water splashing everywhere, and you have to adjust for your "handedness" when turning the water on and off - if you are holding something in your right hand, you'll have to change hands or make a rather awkward move....or get wet.UPDATE: After a month or so of use: unless there is a specific technique for using this fixture without having water splash everywhere, I am finding this very nice looking fixture to be a real pain; the design - which accelerates the velocity of the water - makes it impossible to put anything under the flow without splashing, unless the flow is diminished to a trickle. An expensive design that needs to be re-thought. If there is something I am failing to understand, I would appreciate hearing about it.AND THE FINAL UPDATE: We are returning it.

Luxury kitchen faucet
This is my 4th kitchen Grohe faucet. Every time I move I replace existing with Grohe. Every thing works great. The spray is so easy in the hand and the chrome is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Not recommended. Low water flow and splattering.
The only “pro” is that this is a good-looking faucet. The flow rate is low...almost not enough force to rinse off dishes. There is a lot of splattering, no matter where you put the item you are rinsing, high or low in the water stream. Splattered water got all over me and the counter tops. Neither my old faucet that this was supposed to replace nor the new faucet that I replaced this one with had this problem.

Nice product. (Updated after 4.5 years)
Very well made product. Definitely worth the money. The aerator does splash back a bit. We have 60psi to the house. A far superior product to delta, price pfister, moen, American standard. The cheaper brands don't even compare.Update- after 4 and a half years this product has been great. It gets heavy use. Family of 4. Lots of cooking. The hose finally failed. Sprung a pinhole leak. The replacement hose is $43. I purchased this brand over other cheaper brands specifically because they are serviceable. I am content with an easy repair on this unit vs replacing the faucet.Still, pleased with the purchase. I would have appreciated if it lasted longer before requiring repairs but not much lasts 5 years or more these days. .

Disappointing
First, the positive. The faucet is quite attractive, wasn't outrageously expensive and swivels smoothly. The valving works well and the pull out end is simple and easy to use.Second is the so-so. I don't like the way the water comes out in a stream but I've seen an aerator is available. The flow seems rather weak but I can live with that. The sprayer comes out in a narrow stream and lacks force. After using my ice brew toddy, I take the filter out to the garage and clean it with the 79 dollar faucet that is much more effective. Now for the negative. The faucet is about 8 months old. Up until a week ago it worked as expected. The spray/stream toggle has malfunctioned. When turned on low, it comes on as a stream. As the volume is increased the stream turns to a spray or oscillates between stream and spray while emitting a vibrating sound. Holding the toggle keeps it on one setting or the other but once released it has a mind of its own. I cleaned the inlet screen and outlet to no avail. Rather disappointing. Hopefully I can find a replacement end so I don't have to buy and install a completely new faucet.Without the toggle issue I'd give it four stars.

Limited availability of warranty parts
One of the major exposed parts of this faucet arrived damaged. There was a very noticeable "ding" that turned out to be a manufacturing defect, and never should have made it through "quality control" before it was packed for shipment. Because it was one of the last pieces to be taken out of the box and unwrapped, and wasn't discovered until most of the installation had already occured (not to mention the prior removal of the old unusable faucet) there was no choice but to complete the install and contact the warranty department for replacement of the single, damaged part. I sent detailed photos of the damaged part to Grohe, and they agreed that it was a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, Grohe informed me that NO REPLACEMENT PART WAS AVAILABLE for the brand new faucet, and my only option was to buy a complete new unit, and then once the new one arrived, I would have to remove the original (still new) unit and send it back. Of course I would have to pay for the new faucet, box up, and return the old one, then wait for my credit to be issued. I find it hard to fathom that a large, international corporation like Grohe doesn't have replacement parts available for its products, but that's the situation I was in. It all worked out eventually, but having to pay twice in one week for the same faucet, then wait for the issuance of a credit shows very poor customer service on the part of Grohe. Rather than simply making me pay AGAIN for the replacement unit, they COULD have just put a hold my credit card for a short period of time while waiting for the defective unit to be shipped back, but they instead made me feel like I was trying to pull a "fast one." The faucet is now installed and working fine, but I'm still left with a bad taste in my mouth for being treated like I had done something wrong, or been trying to scam the company.
