Omg it is PERFECT! I wasn’t expecting it to be this amazing but it definitely is. Tools may of broke but that’s ok we have other tools.

The crate itself is sturdy and probably fine, but it was damaged during shipping slightly bent. The crate tray was cracked. The bolts and hardware were missing except the wheels so I had to go buy those and ask for a credit towards it not the fault of the crate manufacturer, but of the shipping. Too heavy to try to return the whole thing it will be fine but all of this was a pain in the butt. They need to get a better shipper.

Excellent product Dog® likes it. I like the tray underneath it catches their hair. The only thing is the dogs which is American bully they like to bite the metal and have taken some of the metal pieces away so they love to chew so this isn’t real durable for American bully dog.

The delivery driver put this heavy package on our outside stairs so no one could walk down our stairs and my elderly grandfather hurt himself. However, the package was NOT damaged. All of the pieces are here and it's super easy to put together. The only con is I wish the 2 tools that came with the package were stronger since this is really a heavy duty dog cage. My wife put this together with no help except she borrowed.. ONLY ONE of my grandfather's tools.I feel extremely bad for the people who've had a bad experience with this product because we have no problems except for the unprofessional delivery driver. I'm grateful that the delivery driver gave up because he couldn't ruined our package because he doesn't know how to handle big packages and doesn't treat customers packages as if they were there own. Somehow my wife was strong enough to bring it in on her own and she does NOT work out.

I am not one to usually leave a review on items but this was a big purchase and it is so bad. Came super damaged I only attached a few photos cause it doesn't do justice. Its super rusty in some spots and looks like its been sitting in the back of a dirty warehouse for a long time. There are little lead balls all over my floors from opening the box. It is not properly protected for shipping so it got messed up. The important parts that make the doors align to put the screws in do not match and literally everything is bent. Do not buy this particular crate from this seller. The product itself would be perfect because it is heavy duty. Should be sold in stores in person instead of online to protect the potential this thing has. Its so bad. 😫UPDATE: I have it completely set up after 2 hours and calling family over to help set it up, I thought I was stupid. No the lining of the screws and the holes they are suppose to go in arent right, in plain English they gave me the wrong screws. Had to literally force them to go in with a power drill. This thing is literal garbage. Buy from someone else. I seriously want a refund this is such crap!!!!!!

So initially I thought o this will be easy just unfold and put the screws in and then add the top and wheels easy enough. The screws would not go in all the way and when I enlisted the help of my husband for strength he stripped out to screws and now we have to drill through and add our own bolts and nuts.I do not know if we received the wrong screws or if there is a production issue.Other than that, it is very sturdy now that we fixed the issue we had with building it. My only other concern is the wire my GS will stand on. She may try to destroy it and I have already added some precautions, I may need to add plywood to protect it. I would buy this again but only because my husband and I are problem solvers and handy if you are not you may consider one of the more expensive options on Amazon maybe they are put together better. Hope this helps somebody.

Ordered this cage on a whim because my dogs were literally biting the bars apart in the standard wire kennel. I was worried it wouldn't be heavy duty enough, it most definitely is. The first thing I noticed was the weight of the kennel (48in) and after opening and assembly I quickly realized this was a great quality kennel for the price point.Things that could improve:• Quality of fasteners - while they serve their purpose, the Allen head screws are a little cheaper and easier to strip if not careful (you only get one spare)• Metal wheels over plastic• I personally feel like the locking system could be improved for bigger stronger dogs (like my American Bully's.) Maybe a more traditional pin and slot lock or something like that. Easily replaceable if I have issues with it, though.Overall I'm in love with this kennel. The look, the feel, the overall sturdiness, are all great. Definitely worth the price paid.Note: packaging was fairly damaged but the product inside was untouched. I assume it was damaged in transit due to being so heavy and a pain to move.
