Q: i want to purchase this with another set (the cinderella one) from the pictures, it doesnt look like the colors will really match. can i return it?

Yes. Easily. We received a set with a cracked handle on one of the mugs. Reported it, boxed it up and had it exchanged easily. The pickup was at our door and we didn’t even have to go anywhere to resolve the issue.

Q: I would love to get these! I use the oven every single day. Is it possible to put these pieces in the oven without breakage?

False advertisement!

I did not receive the princess plates that were on the box! I did not receive Pocahontas or moana! The plates I received were completely different than the ones shown on the box!!!
